What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It's depends on valleys,stories,size etc usually we do measurements an on site price quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we'll do an inspection do a repair if needed then get a price quote together after that we get half down on the roof tof get in schedule after its built the final 50% is due.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified GAF,Owens Corning,Conklin Roofing Systems to ensure proper warrantit's upon installation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up in this industry being the my background is Amish therefore I took of on my own after working for other contractors for years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with alot of nice very well respected homeowners and building owners not to mention we don't always get to meet the owner of big corporations we work with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our recent projects has been a 70 sq. hospital shingle roof that took two days another would be a 200 sq Conklin MR System roof that took us 4 days from start to completion on both we are well known for our highest quality an on time performance although I do believe as well as in any business there's always room to improve an that's my constant goal.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure that they have proper licensing,insurance and previous references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Basically whathe kind of warranty and color they are after which we can also help with.
